Fuentes Computer Study Modules
The Fuentes Computer Study Modules is a program provided by the publisher of the Fuentes textbook to help you practice, or "drill", the vocabulary and grammar presented in the book.
To start this program (ONLY from a computer directly connected to the LRC server, not from the web), doubleclick on the

How to use the Fuentes Computer Study Modules
The Fuentes Computer Study Modules is an old-style DOS program. That means that it is not as user-friendly as a Windows program. You will need to follow these instructions carefully just to get started. Don't worry, this will only seem complicated the first time you do it:
To exit the program:
- Press the [ESC] key until you get to the red window asking you "Do you want to quit? (Y or N)".
- Press the [Y] key followed by the [Enter] key.
- Click once on the [X] at the top right corner to close the DOS window.
To type accented letters and other symbols in the Fuentes CSM, you cannot use the regular method used on LRC computers (that's because this is not a Windows program). Rather, you must use the following key combinations:
- vowel + slash (/) = accented vowel (e.g. a/ = á)
- n + tilde (~) = ñ
- vowel + star (*) = vowel with two dots on top (e.g. u* = ü)
- ? + ? = ¿
- ! + ! = ¡
- For help, press the [F10] key
