Salem State College - Cuba 2000 Trip

SSC CUBA 2000

Site Map

During the Spring Break 2000 a group of Salem State students and faculty traveled to Cuba to learn about this country and its people. The trip was part of a course in the History Department taught by Professor Avi Chomsky (HIS 403 The Cuban Revolution in Historical and Cultural Perspective). Some students also signed up for an Independent Study course in Spanish (SPN 500) with Professor Jon Aske.

This Web site is started as a project of two of the students in the latter class and received extensive help and support from all the students who went to Cuba. The purpose of this site is to share our experiences from that trip with the rest of the world.
